Collection Purpose: Search for nearby BMS battery devices, establish a Bluetooth communication link and realize device monitoring as well as parameter reading and writing.
Business Function: Reading and Configuration of Device Operating Data
Type of Collected Information: Operating parameters, device serial numbers and other information of the battery devices you connect.
Collection Purpose: Display operating status such as battery voltage, current and temperature inside the App, and allow users to set parameters for the battery protection board.

2. Description of System Permissions Required by the App

To implement core functions such as device addition, Bluetooth communication, QR‑code scanning for network configuration and after‑sales communication, this App may apply for the following mobile‑system permissions: Bluetooth, Nearby Devices, Location Information and Camera. All permissions are requested via pop‑up prompts on demand. You have the right to reject non‑essential permissions, and rejection may cause the corresponding functions to be unavailable.

3. Sharing, Transfer and Public Disclosure of Personal Information

Except for the following circumstances, we will not share or transfer your personal information to any third‑party:

We have obtained your explicit and separate authorization;
We are required to provide information by laws, regulations, judicial authorities or competent government departments;

Camera	Purpose: Scan device QR‑codes to quickly add and bind battery devices; Method: Requested when you actively click the scan button; Scope: Camera is activated only at the moment of scanning. No background video recording, photo‑taking or image uploading will be performed.

6. Data Storage and Security Protection

Your account data is stored on encrypted servers. Bluetooth operating data of your device is saved locally on your mobile phone by default. Device operating data will be uploaded to the cloud only if you actively enable cloud‑sync function.

We adopt industry‑standard encryption technologies to protect your data and prevent information leakage, loss, tampering and unauthorized access. Please note that no data transmission over the Internet can guarantee 100 % security.

Data Retention Period: We retain your account information while your account remains active. After account cancellation, your personal account data will be deleted within a reasonable period of time.

This App is intended for adult users of battery equipment. We will not actively collect personal information from children under the age of 18. If you are a guardian and discover that a minor has submitted personal information to us without your permission, please contact us and we will delete the relevant data as soon as possible.
